Our primary goal is to provide our clients with a comprehensive suite of services and to integrate all of their design needs into a reliable, transparent, and efficient business model. To achieve this, our support team works in close partnership with our skilled graphic and web designers, ensuring that we can deliver as many services as possible to meet our client’s needs.

Pixmax offers clients questionnaires that aid in organising their ideas in a concise manner, enabling us to create the desired output. Nonetheless, there may be instances where we are unable to take on certain projects due to various factors such as the level of complexity, the time required, or the fact that we specialise in design services and not content creation.

We have provided a list of projects that we can undertake on this page, as well as those that we are unable to undertake. If there are any doubts about our abilities, we encourage clients to reach out to us for confirmation.

Our Work Process

To ensure that we provide consistent volume and accurate turnaround times to all our clients, we have created a stringent scheduling and workload system. By utilizing this system, we can establish a reliable turnaround time that benefits both our clients and our team, enabling us to make more efficient plans.

Our approach involves allowing for “2 Active Requests” per subscription. This means that we work on two requests at all times, based on the number of subscriptions on your account. For instance, having one subscription allows for two active requests, while two subscriptions allow for four active requests, and so on. Increasing the number of subscriptions helps you to manage higher volumes by adding more designers to your account.

Each request has an individual turnaround time, which we aim to keep within 1-4 business days.

Active Requests

In Progress

When a request is marked as “In Progress,” it is considered an “Active” item in the queue. This means that once the initial design draft is submitted for review, it will be removed from the queue, and a new design project will begin.

Review

If a request is marked as “Review,” it will be removed from the list of active requests and remain inactive until the client provides feedback on changes or completion.

Rework

In case you are dissatisfied with the content we have published in the review section, you have the option to ask for a rework. We give high priority to rework requests, and as soon as your designer begins working on your request, the status will be changed to ‘In Progress’ once again.

We offer quick turnaround times for professional graphic designs (1 to 3 business days*) and web designs (2 to 4 business days*) (*The time required for larger and more complex requests may vary depending on the overall complexity of the request).

We offer the flexibility to request as many revisions and variations as needed to achieve the desired final product.

Fully licensed stock images, footage, and audio are used where applicable.

Clients can also request and receive all source files with full ownership.

We provide access to support teams and leadership to assist in any situation.

To ensure that we deliver the best results in the shortest time possible, we kindly request that you provide us with clear and detailed instructions for each request. Providing links, images, or videos of your preferred work samples can greatly aid us in understanding your preferences and style.

It is important to note that our team is made up of human beings who strive to provide the highest quality designs. However, since art is subjective, we may not always meet your expectations on the first attempt. In such cases, we kindly request that you provide us with constructive feedback that respects our team’s efforts.

As we continue to work together, our designers will become more familiar with your needs and preferences, and we will be able to complete your requests more efficiently each time.
